It is the one time during the day that the kids get to have a little freedom. <br />I've read about the traffic lights, but I've never seen them. <br />I know at my son's elementary school the kids put their left over everything but meat (slop) into a plastic garbage can that the farmer would pick up daily for his pigs. A great way to recycle.
