At the Beach

Walking on the sand
what a good way
for the day
to begin--
watching the waves
rolling in.
This is the way
each day
should start
and end.

    Dear Joy,
    I love to walk on the beach at the edge of the water. When the waves cover my feet, it feels great and cools me.
