Dealing

The bully taunted,
come on, even the score,
as he stomped his foot
upon the floor.
He was yelling
fairly loud
as he started 
to draw a crowd.
I told him I didn't
want to play,
and then just turned
and walked away.


     Have you ever been taunted and teased?  What did you do?  How did you handle the situation?  Can you write a poem today about being teased?  

MONSTER DWIGHT

Monster Dwight,
his head is a light.
Some folks claim
he's not too bright.
When they tease him,
they say he's dim.
He doesn't let 
it bother him,
he just turns up his light.
In a power outage
then you'll see
that his light 
is so handy.
