I'm going to see the doctor today.
My appointment is at 9 on the dot.
I'm going to see the doctor today.
Mom says I am feeling hot.
I'm going to see the doctor today.
I hope he'll know what I've got.
I'm going to see the doctor today.
I hope I won't need a shot.
Since this poem uses anaphora, repetition of a line, it is an easy poem to recite with two voices. Can you write your own poem using anaphora today? Have fun writing.
Joy,
ReplyDeleteMy husband went to the doctor today
He got called ear-ly.
My husband went to the doctor today
He gave blood, got x-rays, and more.
My husband went to the doctor today
and is now happy to be resting at home.
Hooray!
