Today's spine poem reads in an arc, so you read from the bottom left to the bottom of the right side of the picture. This one I had to illustrate, to show you how to read it.
If you have trouble reading the words, here they are in traditional linear fashion.
shape-

moon

the back

wolf
watches

children
when

rest
moon

west
I hope you enjoy today's poem. Your challenge for today is to write your own moon poem. Indians had a different name for the moon for each month. You might have some fun doing research before you write your poem. Have fun.
Bravo, Joy! This is spectacular! I love the moon's description and movement, the arch, and the wolf's job. What talent! What creativity! Bravo again!
ReplyDeleteLinda,
DeleteThank you for supporting me in my journey. I appreciate you so much. It took a lot of time to do the art for today's post and your comment makes it all worthwhile. I'm grateful.
Joy,
ReplyDeleteI'm glad my comment made it worthwhile. I'm even happier that you're writing more!
