MOONBEAMS

Trap a moonbeam.
Catch a star.
Keep them with you
in a jar.

Sparkling starlight,
shining moonbeams
These are the things
that make up your dreams.

With a jar of moonbeams
and stars bright as the sun,
you will find happiness
and days filled with fun.

Happy Monday.  I hope you are ready for a week filled with fun.  I know one fun thing you can do today. You can write a poem and give it to a friend.  Have fun writing.

  1. One silly riddle...What do you get when you eat a moon pie?
    Answer: A moonbeam.
    I couldn't resist. Remember, I wear a jester hat!

Happiness is always good to find or to make!

  2. Love moon poems, Joy. I like that first verse Joy, "keep it with you in a jar".
