Riding to School

Meet me on our yellow school bus.
We can take a ride.
We will look for seats together
sitting side by side.

If you rode a school bus today, who would you want to be sitting in the seat next to you?  Can you write a poem about that?  Have fun.

  1. Joy,
I remember "saving a seat" on the bus for a friend. Good memories. I used to drive a school bus when I was a high school student. Not allowed any longer.

  2. Oh how cool is that? You must be a very good driver with all that practice. Maybe I should think about a poem that tells about our bus driver. The ride is always nicer when you have a friend sitting next to you.
