The Fairy and the Imp

A little fairy
and a tiny imp
went down to the sea
and dined with shrimps.

They supped with scallops
and some lobster too.
Then went for a ride
o're the ocean blue.

The fairy paddled
over the foam,
and the tiny imp steered
their boat home.

There is a real world and a world of magic.  I think I like the fun of visiting with magic.  How about you?  So, here is your challenge for today.  Can you write a poem about the world of magic?  Have fun writing.

  1. Joy,
The rhythm of this one reminds me of "There was a little turtle who lived in a box..." Is that what you used?

    1. Nope, that wasn't what I was thinking when I wrote this. I just wanted to put a fairy down by the sea. I think I was wishing I could be at the beach.

    1. Me too', Rosi, though I'm not sure how to make scallops look like characters. Thanks for stopping by.
