Magic Roadrunner

Roadrunner

This morning
on my morning run,
I spied a roadrunner
in the sun.

He ran with me
for a while
then paused 
to say, “Bleep!”
it made me smile,
Good morning to you.
Have a good day.
Then he cocked his head
and ran away.
