I had fun playing with this poem to make it a concrete poem. Can you see how the words take the shape of a lizard? A lizard is a fairly easy animal to write a poem about because it has a long skinny tail. Can you think of other animals with long tails? Maybe a mouse, rat or opossum. Can you write a poem about an animal and make it a concrete poem so that the poem takes the shape of the animal?
Cute! Now can you do a snake?
